Senior Luxury Experience Executive

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, event management, or premium guest experience delivery
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, food & beverage service, and high-end hospitality environments
• A calm, confident professional with the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, live event settings
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and VVIP guests
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and financial reporting
• A flexible approach, with willingness to travel internationally and work weekends/race schedules
• A commitment to excellence, discretion, and professionalism, with strong awareness of Health & Safety standards.
