Our client is a market-leading motorsport event solutions company specialising in motorsport entertainment and fan engagement. They pride themselves in being at the forefront of development, and being ‘ahead of the game’ with technology and events. They are responsible for creating and delivering some of the most exciting motorsport events and ‘fan zones’ across the industry worldwide, working with some of the world’s most prominent sports, motorsport teams and brands.
The aim of our client is to pass their excitement and experience to a clients’ event, to make the clients’ brand activation or event a fun and successful experience. Some engagements include but are not limited to:
- Pitstop challenge
- Rapid reaction wall
- Racing simulators
- Show cars
- Fan-zones
Job Description:
We have an exciting variety of freelancer opportunities opening up for dedicated and talented people who have a passion for motorsport. These freelancers will help to ensure our clients’ event is run successfully and is a fun experience for all. Some of these events are held across the UK and some of them are international; eg. at motorsport races like the Silverstone Grand Prix or an international clients’ venue or race track. This is a wonderful chance to gain valuable experience within the world of motorsport that can sometimes be difficult to obtain. These freelance positions are:
- Events Operators
- Events Technicians
- Events Hosts
Events Operators:
This is a client and customer-facing role that is heavily focused on customer service at live events.
You will ideally have:
- Customer service/hospitality experience
- Event experience
Events Technician:
This will include equipment support at events or at our clients’ warehouse pre-event.
You will ideally have:
- Racing simulator knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- Computer literate
Events Host:
This will involve public speaking for client team building experiences such as a pit stop challenge.
You will have:
- Experience in hosting events or public speaking
- Experience in running to an event plan
- Customer service/hospitality experience
Some events may require:
- A clean driving license (over 21yrs of age)
- Racing or Sim Driver experience
- Studying or working in motorsport
- Good motorsport knowledge and an interest in the industry
- The ability to do heavy lifting
- Availability for multi-day events with overnight stopovers
- UK or international events

- Proactive, self-motivated
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Respectful, hardworking and enthusiastic
