Formula Woman Returns

Originally founded in 2004 by Graeme Glew, Formula Woman is back for the 2021 season. The series is aimed specifically at getting more female novice drivers into the sport, giving them a platform to move up into series where they can compete professionally against other men and women.

As when it first started out the series will be televised and hopes to give people an escape from the difficult year we’ve had due to the pandemic.

Founder Graeme Glew said:

“We decided to find out if women out there want to take the challenge to see how good they are at driving. The lucky winners will be driving and racing something rather special!”

An expression of interest website is open, and next year there will be online tests before televised assessment days at tracks around the UK. The days will test the applicants on their driving, fitness and other aspects yet to be known.

You can register your interest at www.formulawoman.co.uk.
