Formula Careers Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: This prize draw is run by Formula Careers (not affiliated with the F1 Store).

2. Eligibility:

   • Open worldwide, subject to each participant’s local laws on prize draws.
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian permission if under 18).
   • Employees, partners, or affiliates of Formula Careers are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:

   • Complete the form above, sharing your experience with Formula Careers.
   • Entry is free—no purchase is required.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

   • The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator.
   • The draw will take place on Saturday 26th April 2025, and the winner will be notified via LinkedIn messages.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

5. The Prize:

   • One winner can choose one item from the F1 Store up to the value of £100.
   • No cash alternative, partial refunds, or substitutions are available.
   • Formula Careers will purchase the item on behalf of the winner and arrange delivery (you will need to provide your delivery address to Louise from Formula Careers).
   • Formula Careers is not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, or any issues with F1 Store orders.

6. Liability & Responsibility:

   • Participants are responsible for checking their country’s laws regarding prize draws.
   • By entering, participants confirm they have the right to take part.
   • Formula Careers reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent entries.

7. Privacy & Data Protection:

   • Information provided will only be used for the purposes of this prize draw and for potential website testimonials (if consent is given).
   • Personal details will not be shared with third parties.

8. Changes & Cancellation:

   • Formula Careers reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
