A new online space bringing together people who want to work in motorsport, people making their next move and people already working inside the industry. Must be 18yrs+.
Why I’m building it
Formula Careers has built a vast global audience on different platforms over the years.
Now I’m creating somewhere those people can actually come together. And I’m starting with 20.
There are brilliant people at every stage of the motorsport career journey, but they are scattered across different countries, platforms, disciplines and parts of the industry.
The Network gives those people one place to meet, talk, share what they know and learn from people whose route may look completely different to their own.
I want the first group to help set the tone for everything that follows.
Who it is for
People trying to get in.
People figuring out what comes next.
People already inside.
The mix matters. I want the first 20 to reflect more than one route into motorsport.

A different kind of space
Some of the most important career conversations never fit neatly into a guide.
Sometimes you need to ask somebody who has already done it. Sometimes you need to hear from someone at the same stage as you. Sometimes another person’s experience makes you see a route you had never considered.
There will be room for questions, conversations, shared experience, opportunities, events and the things that naturally emerge when people from different parts of motorsport careers are brought together.
The first 20
I want a small group inside from the beginning.
You do not need to be an expert, a creator or somebody who considers themselves good at networking.
I am looking for a mix of people who are curious, thoughtful, willing to join in and happy to tell me what they notice as the space develops.
The first group matters because the people inside will shape the feel of the room from day one.
