The Formula Careers Network is a new, online motorsport careers community bringing together students, graduates, career switchers and people already working in the industry. Members can ask questions, share progress, find support and build genuine connections across motorsport. We’re looking for members who would like to help keep that community positive, welcoming and active.

A strong community needs a positive vibe and people who take part.

A Community Host is not a Formula Careers adviser, recruiter or spokesperson. You can share your own experience, encourage discussion and point people towards useful resources, but you never need to pretend to know something you do not.

Maybe you are the one who welcomes the new person in a group chat. Maybe you are good at getting people talking. Maybe you simply want every member to feel comfortable contributing to the conversation.

You want and encourage people to feel comfortable asking questions and you can link people to others as necessary.
