Interview with: Laura Wiegmann

A career in motorsport happened a little bit by accident for Laura as she began job hunting because of the pandemic. Answering a job advert from T3 Motorsport changed everything and now, Laura is the Team Manager of Engstler Motorsport. In her words, Laura takes care of everything that isn’t technical and as you can imagine, that’s quite a lot.

Somehow, Laura takes care of everything while making it look effortless and seamless to those around her. Laura and I caught up recently to chat about her time as a professional figure skater, the biggest challenge she’s had to face in the motorsport industry so far, the advice she’d give to those looking to follow in her footsteps and much more.
