Do you want to help us bring Audi to the Formula 1 racetracks? Then do an internship at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at our Neuburg an der Donau location.
Be there when we develop the power unit that will power our race cars from 2026.Our internships last at least four months and are full-time and take place on-site in Neuburg. In addition to unique insights into the world of motorsport, we offer fair pay and make you part of the team that will bring Audi into the premier league of motorsport.
Audi Formula Racing GmbH is a subsidiary of Audi Sport and was founded in 2022 for the brand’s entry into Formula 1. A team of experts who are passionate about developing the power unit will train you and support you.
All of our positions are scheduled to start in October 2025. To apply, we require a current CV, relevant certificates, a certificate of enrollment and, if applicable, your university’s examination regulations, as well as a current, official transcript of records.

Your tasks
- Support in the overall recruiting process and operational HR support
- Support in correspondence with candidates
- Support in preparing relevant documents for filling the position
- System and database maintenance
- Creation and preparation of evaluations and presentations
- Taking on special tasks and participating in projects
Your profile
- You are enrolled as a student in business administration, communication sciences, education, psychology, etc. – and you are at least in your third semester.
- You bring a lot of commitment and high motivation, have a high sense of responsibility and show enthusiasm and persuasiveness.
- We also require very good communication skills and very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- You have solid MS Office skills and handle sensitive and confidential topics and information responsibly.

Wir sind als interdisziplinäres Team zuständig für das Recruiting, die gesamte Personalbetreuung/ -entwicklung und alle Personalprozesse in Neuburg a.d. Donau. Damit sind wir ein integraler Bestandteil des stetigen Aufbaus der Audi Formula Racing GmbH: unsere Verantwortung liegt darin, ein Arbeitsumfeld aufzubauen und zu gestalten, das zu den ganz besonderen Anforderungen passt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung im gesamtheitlichen Recruitingprozess und bei der operativen HR-Betreuung
- Unterstützung bei der Korrespondenz mit den Kandidat_innen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung relevanter Unterlagen zur Stellenbesetzung
- System- und Datenbankpflege
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen und Präsentationen
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Mitarbeit in Projekten
Dein Profil
- Immatrikuliert bist Du als Student_in der Fachrichtung BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Pädagogik, Psychologie etc – dabei bist Du mindestens im 3. Semester.
- Du bringst viel Engagement und eine hohe Motivation mit, hast ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und zeigst Begeisterungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir zudem voraus.
- Du verfügst über sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse und gehst verantwortungsvoll mit sensiblen und vertraulichen Themen und Informationen um.
