As a Junior Licensing Executive, you’ll be taking on the responsibility of assisting the licensing executive and Senior Licensing manager with licensing partners in the Williams Racing portfolio. You will play a crucial role in the on boarding and product development and marketing execution for partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Focus primarily on supporting the Licensing team to help build and maintain relationships with licensing partners and programs that fall within the Williams racing portfolio.
  • Account support for other team members as required.
  • This role requires travel both domestic and internationally and consequently flexibility in working hours will be required.

 

As the Junior Licensing Executive, you will:

  • Work closely with the licensing team, supporting on product development and marketing campaigns for new product launches.
  • Work closely with several internal teams to have marketing and product approved and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with the Licensing partners and be pro-active in initiatives that could strengthen the value of the partnership.
  • Research market trends and build comparison presentations. Assist the Licensing executive with licensee overview documentation.
  • Work on product development across a range of categories including hardlines, softlines and apparel.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A key interest in product development and marketing.
  • Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of building and executing marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels and reach beyond own channels.
  • Demonstrate an ability to understand our partners’ own business drivers and strategies.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage critical paths and projects on time.
  • Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to partners / suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and attention to detail.
