Key Responsibilities

The Programme
Our 2025 Graduate Scheme is a tailored program designed to help ambitious graduates kick-start their careers in automotive engineering. Over 2 years, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of engineering, including design, prototyping, manufacturing, and project management. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers and gain invaluable insights into the end-to-end process of creating innovative, high-performance, ultra bespoke cars.

We have one position within each of the following teams, please confirm within your application which team you are interested in joining.

Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Vehicle Development

 

What You’ll Experience

  • Year 1 – Rotational Placements: Exposure to multiple departments, providing a comprehensive view of our operations and the opportunity to gain exposure to how a cross functional team work together to develop vehicles.
  • Year 2 – Tailored learning: You will have a tailored learning and work plan, focused on the specialist area you are hired for.
  • Real Projects: You’ll work on live projects, contributing to impactful innovations and gaining skills that will set you up for a successful career in engineering.
  • Career Guidance: Our supportive team will help you navigate your career path, setting personal goals, and providing regular feedback.

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for talented, proactive, and driven graduates with a passion for automotive engineering and innovation.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or related fields)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for innovation
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn
