Engineering Graduate Scheme for 2021 with McLaren Racing – applications now OPEN!

McLaren Racing have just announced the application phase of their Graduate Scheme for Engineering, to begin in September 2021. On this scheme you will work with mentors to work in areas where you have a personal interest or passion.
You will need:
- An Engineering related degree – 2:1+ or equivalent
- To be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK before starting employment, should your application be successful. McLaren Racing are unfortunately unable to offer work visa sponsorship for this role
If you meet the criteria for the role, you will be invited to attend a timed numerical test and will be notified about this in November or early December 2020. Suitable applicants will then go in to an assessment centre either virtual or in person depending on Covid restrictions. You will be notified whether or not you have been shortlisted by 13th December 2020.
